Everyone,
We are planning on having our youth clinic again this year on 8/28. I have had only a few trainers sign up so far. If you can spare an hour to help teach a class, please do. I kept everyone on the email list I thought would do great at teaching a session. You don’t have to be a professional trainer…some of our kids are such beginners and feedback from different perspectives is always great for our older kids as well.
Just email me back if you would like to handle one or more.

We are working out the details for the Youth trip at the end of July. I will be emailing out more information along with sign up sheets and waiver forms.
On July 10th from 10 am to 2 pm, all DCSC members and families have been invited to attend a SWIM PARTY at the Harkin’s. It will be a Pot Luck lunch. The Harkin’s will provide the meat. Please bring your favorite side dish and/or desert. The Harkin’s residence is located at 6008 Old Dawson Road in Albany. If you have any questions. please call the Harkin’s at 229.434.0973.
I will be sending a email out this next week with further details.

Our June meeting for the Dougherty County Saddle Club will be this Sunday, June 13 at the show grounds beginning at 1:00. Please bring a covered dish and stay after for a workday afterwards if you are available. We are planning on having meats provided by the club.
Our show will be the following Saturday, June 19.
This is always my favorite meeting as we get to have great fellowship with our equine friends. Hope to see you all on Sunday!

Hey everybody – it’s time for another meeting, tonight at 7:30 at Moe’s. Hope you will attend. Our show will be this Saturday, starting at 9 am.
Kilena really needs everyone to send in their show participation for this Saturday. She will not be at the show, and it is imperative that we have everything in the computer before Saturday morning to help with registration. Also, we will need a couple of volunteers to help registration get going 1st thing in the morning. It opens at 8am, so anyone who can help, we would greatly appreciate it. The FUN SHOW is this Saturday, May 1 at the show grounds. It’s always fun for everyone, it is a great way to give your horse a break from the show. Everyone is invited to come out and join in the games. Bring your kids, your dirty horse and your lawn chairs!! There will be relay races, egg races, ice cream and all kinds of fun for kids of all ages and riding abilities!!
The Fun Show will begin at 10:30 am.
